Was excited to get these. Now that i prepare the 4lb slab ($60 slab) and realize I could get just as good at the local butcher for 1/2 the price. Mostly bone, minimal meat. Definitely got the shaft. Did order several other cuts of meat. Will report once I try those. I might add.... I waited 2 weeks from order to delivery
