Baseball Cut Sirloin
Some people think of sirloin as the utility player of the steak world – solid in several areas and excelling in none. Not. Any. More. At E3, our 8-oz baseball cut sirloins are primed and ready for the all-star team. With their combination of bite and flavor, there’s a reason they’re called the rancher’s filet. And their combination of quality and price makes our grass fed grain finished steaks an unbeatable value. So toss our sirloins on the grill and serve ‘em up to your family and friends – just be ready for the roar of the crowd when they’re a hit!

Everything I get from E3 is amazing!! I have made 3 or 4 orders and will continue get my beef from E3. Great beef and great service. Amazing family as well. Thank you all.
We cooked the steaks and they were excellent!
First time getting sirloins and wasn’t disappointed at all!!
Baseball Cuts are a Homerun!
Tender choices of meat. A cannot miss, at a very reasaonble price.
Wow these steaks are good
We received E3 steaks as a gift about a month ago. Best steaks we have ever cooked at home. Maybe the best steaks we have ever eaten. Recently we purchased Baseball Cut Sirloins, along with Ribeyes. The steaks are tender, and cook to perfection. The flavor of the meat is so good that it requires very little prep work. Salt and pepper and maybe a little olive oil. Awesome product - recommend it highly.
Our experience was very smooth from ordering to quick frozen delivery and the meat tasted awesome.
Worth every penny
Yum , there is a huge difference from run of the mill and E3 grass fed.
