AMAZING QUALITY!!
So far my experience has been fantastic. The beef ribs were delivered quickly and also arrived completely frozen and packaged very well. I finally was able to smoke one of the slabs this weekend and they turned out GREAT! I'm excited to try the brisket next weekend and will probably be needing more ribs. :)
Exceptional
E3 Meats is THE only place you should be ordering your meat. Exceptional service. The highest quality beef ribs I have ever smoked. The fact they are a Christian based company makes it even more of a reason to support this meat company.
Beef Ribs
I don't usually do reviews but was ask to. If I don't like something I just don't come back. I'm a huge fan of E3 Ranch/Meats. I've ordered quiet a few times with great results. The Beef Ribs were a bust and mostly fat. Out of 6 Ribs only 2 had meat and were good. I can get subpar meats from my local grocery store. I might give it another try sometime.
