Wow these steaks are good
We received E3 steaks as a gift about a month ago. Best steaks we have ever cooked at home. Maybe the best steaks we have ever eaten. Recently we purchased Baseball Cut Sirloins, along with Ribeyes. The steaks are tender, and cook to perfection. The flavor of the meat is so good that it requires very little prep work. Salt and pepper and maybe a little olive oil. Awesome product - recommend it highly.
