Packed well and arrived still frozen. Unthawed, trimmed (very little fat and silver skin), and smoked for 8 hrs... Can't describe how how good they were. Well done.

Mind, body, & soul were all in for this experience... upon arrival of the non-descriptive cooler from the heavens, people were gathering around the homestead..... package opened & what only could describe the feeling ‘white doves flew out!’ With the new E3 hat on the head, charcoal heating up, Meat Church seasoning soaking in, it was time for heat! Once the skin was darkened, meat pulling back from the bones, juices falling on the coals, it was about done...... GREAT EXPERIENCE cannot wait to hit purchase again...

I smoked these ribs at 250 degrees for @ 8 hours and they were perfect. I could not recommend these enough.
